During their most recent inspection, Westchester House was given 3 "G" ratings - which means that in at least those 3 areas, Westchester House put residents in immediate jeopardy. That's about as bad as it gets in Missouri inspections of nursing… Full Review

My father is a heart patient and the food offered is only food, no nutritional value...for example: ..white bread with processed cheese food and potato chips with chocolate ice cream for dinner. I have also seen chili mac with grease oozing… Full Review

Night staff is horrible. Some of the nursing staff have very bad bed side manners. They changed name to Springbridge. Refused pain pills to patient that was recovering from surgery. Do not listen to patient only concerned about completing… Full Review
