This nursing home is NOT a rehab facility! Dirty and cluttered facility, untrained nursing assistants, lack of nutritious foods…okay if you are used to eating watered down cold can soup, instant potatoes &, rice, instant gravy mix, hot dogs and other processed cheap frozen microwave foods, make sure you have a credit card to order delivery food or you will literally starve there. Koolaid & sweet tea dietician has no. Clue as to special diets and ignores all dietary special needs. Also bring your own TV, radio and telephone, toiletries such as soap, toothbrush and paste are not provided. Medications are not available until you are there 48-72 hours of admission. No copies of HIPA or any brochures are given. Expect to be harassed by business office every few days saying Medicare is going to put you out! No facility tour will be given no matter how many times you request it. Depressing dirty rooms, lack of sanitation, lack of linens. Be prepared to lie in dirty diapers which they force you to wear…they do not clean your privates of fecal matter merely wipe u with toilet paper so be sure and buy baby wipes to clean urself as u will get vaginal infection/irritation. Minimal care is all u r gonna get there. Staff is mainly scary bullies with questionable back ground and shabby worn mismatch shrubs. Even if u report mistreatment to the solo physician nothing will be done. I repeatedly stated I wish I was dead than suffering yet nothing was done. Need urgent care? Forget about receiving or taken to an ER. Terrible place DO NOT TRANSFER FROM ACUTE HOSPITAL TO THIS PLACE AS U WILL NOT GET WELL HERE DUE TO ABOVE MENTIONED NEGLECT, INTIMIDATION & DOWNRIGHT ELDER ABUSE. thank u for ur time in reading this.
