My Mom has been a resident at Bedford Care Ctr - Monroe Hall since 2009. They have taken exceptional care of her. They have great patience with the residents and try to keep the residents happy and involved in everyday activities.
In the entire period that Mom has been there she has not suffered from a pressure ulcer which means she is turned often and does not go unattended for long periods of time. There have been no occurrences of inappropriate treatment or care that you sometime hear occur in some facilities.
During the holidays (and throughout the year) there are opportunities for the families to join the residents for meals and celebrations. The staff treat the residents as family members and the residents do grow attached to them. The Adminsitrator is a christian and assures a great atmosphere for the residents. The care is always the same. No matter when you visit…..they are always doing the right things for the residents. The are totally transparent in their care and keep you well informed.
This is an exceptional care facility!
