I really don't want to give this place one star. If you are considering putting a loved one here, please don't. I have a loved one that is currently a prisoner there. We can't wait to bring our loved home where they will receive a higher level of care. Our family member is over-drugged and under cared for. Our family member sits in a dirty depends all day, no one comes to help or ask about using the facilities. Just try calling the place. The phone may ring 30 times and then you will be transferred three or four times, then you will be cut off. Our loved one asked that we not call because it was a bother to bring the phone to him. You definitely get that impression when you call. Kennels treat pets with more dignity and respect than this place.
