Ive had a family member here and visited regularly this past year. no care or concern for the residents what so ever. nurses & CNA's seem to take hour long breaks. bad food caused by cost cutting, . the residents are treated like they are a nusience if they ask for medical attention or ask for simply ice or a cup of coffee. staffing levels are bad and at night horrible, not enough staff and poorly trained and unsupervised staff. avoid.
