Smelly, hot & humid. Chaotic, pathetic and terribly understaffed. Kept my mom there for all of 5 hours before I realized that my dog had better conditions at the boaders. This facility was ill equipped to handle a COPD patient with emphysema and when I asked for a different room the nurse indicated there were no better rooms. Why did they agree to take her? How can a place like this exist? These facilities need more regulation and some of them need to be shut down!!
