Understaffed much of the time. When I call, the phone is not answered or no one seems to know any details of my mom's condition when I talk to them. Neglected to feed my mom when she needed help and was loosing weight. They seem to be going through the motions without thought for any personal attention to the resident. The CNA's complain about their jobs A LOT. A few of the CNA's do a good job but a lot of them are defensive and a couple are down right hostile when you ask questions or ask them to do anything for your loved one.
