  • The Estates at Roseville LLC Saint Paul, Minnesota 55113

I think most of the staff here are pretty good. There are always 2-3 though that don't respond to the help lights or are abrasive to patients who need the most care but in general I believe they are a caring, hard working group of cna's etc. at Estates of Roseville. My only issue is the commentary of some of the intake people who feel it is ok to discuss THEIR DNR opinions of future residents. If the resident chose to be resuscitated when they had their mental faculties, their wishes should not be contradicted or polluted with intake staff opinions. If the residents wishes were documented when they had their mental faculties, it's the resident and her family only who should voice their opinions.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. It's a nightmare. The place is not clean, the care is very very very bad. Also room is cold at least the one we were in was, don't need to put your beverage in the fridge just set it on the window sill and the cold air coming in will keep it chilled. The staff ( except for the social worker) could care less about what your needs are until you complain. I will never put my loved one through this nightmare. again. How this place passes its inspections is a question that I continue to try to figure out. Don't make the same mistake we made stay far away from this one.

  • Benedictine Health Center Innsbruck Saint Paul, Minnesota 55112

Jan. 2014. There is nothing 5 star about this facility. My father was in the TC unit for 12 days in January to recover. The doctor prescribed physical therapy and nutrition. This nursing home serves very substandard meals and offers sweets to diabetic TC residents as snacks; charts must not be reviewed for this to happen repeatedly. The first evening at the facility; what was once a warm meal of a whitish piece of chicken and cold, extremely watered down soup was served tepid with spoiled milk. What passed for salads was brown shredded lettuce. An apple was soft and rotten in the middle. During intake and a 'care conference' the following Monday, the assistant director of nursing did not know which patient he was with and gave med information to me for another patient thinking it was for my dad. I was denied a copy of his care plan. when requested. There was also an incident of a night nurse scaring my dad by coming into the room angrily and slamming the phone down on my dad's radio because I had asked if my Dad's phone was in order as I hadn't heard from him. I reported this and was told there would be follow up, but there never was. Upon discharge I noted that my dad was getting the wrong dose of a medication. He was seen once by a doctor during 12 days. This center gets a lot of government/medicare money and feeds residents very poorly. This is very sad for those who are left there to fend for themselves without a patient advocate. I know if I had left my dad at Benedictine of Innsbruck for any longer length of time he would have gotten worse. The ambience is new. It "looks" nice. IT ISN’T. If you care about your family member do not place them here.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO THIS FACILITY!!! Nursing staff doesnt care for the patients, they act like its a damn high school-gossiping with other staff all day instead of paying attention to their patients. You cannot understand half the staff because they cannot speak English clearly. The staffing shows no compassion for the patients and dont even seem to care, from the social workers to the receptionists. When you ask them to wipe spit off the patient's face or change the patient's urine bag the staff act as if you are bothering them and should be thankful for them being there, as if they arent paid to DO THEIR DAMN JOBS!!!

Today i contacted this home about my mother. I was lied to by the assistant director Christy Umberg. She said I could not get info about my mother. I contacted my mom she ststed that she had never said any such thing to them. Christy claimed to have some fake athority to do this. When questioned about facts she claimed to have none and refused to talk to my attny. she refused to give out the names of the staff or the attny the reprsents them. I asked for the corp. number a nd was denied because she knew she was lieing on tape. This is a very bad place that is trying to cover themselves because the were not cari ng for my mother correctly. Her leg was like a ballon becuse they had neglected her. I have photo's taken on Sun. They had also fogotten to feed her that day. I had to ask for food for her supper. They finally delivered some OLD dried up meat that was cold and looked like shoe leather, My dog would have chocked on it. I do not want to give this scumbag of a place any rating at all, but this system requires you to rate by star, sad, they should be closed down, check out how awful the place is for yourself. I am posting this to FB

  • St Anthony Park Home Saint Paul, Minnesota 55108

On a scale of 1-10, SAPH deserves an 11+! My mother was a resident for 6-1/2 years. I cannot write enough positive comments about the high degree of attention to detail rendered residents. Facility, staff, activities…..I see NO room for improvements. The administrator is the owner of the ~93 bed facility and actively KNOWS all residents by their first names. Any concerns are quickly addressed. ANYONE of the staff is easily approached by visitors. The Mother's Day Tea is delightful. The Christmas celebration is wonderful. SAPH also participates in St Anthony Park's 4th of July Community Parade. I personally can't thank enough to EVERYONE from SAPH who touched and enhanced my mother's life. The entire SAPH experience is truly one of the best kept secrets in the metro region. Thanks You!

  • St Anthony Park Home Saint Paul, Minnesota 55108

My mom was at St. Anthony park for about 8 months before she died and I was so impressed with the care she received from the staff. Everyone I met was kind, respectful, courteous and caring. She was treated with dignity and respect - I couldn't have asked for better care. She had hospice care there and the staff was so supportive of helping us through the difficult time of saying good-bye to her. She left the planet surrounded by the love of family and also the love of the caregivers she had at St. Anthony's. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is agonizing over the decision of where to have their loved one cared for.

This nursing home i very bad the staff a lack of compassion for all The staff do not answer call lights. They told my mother to use the bathroom in her attends, the facility looks the same way it looked 25yrs ago. The does not wear uniforms so you dont know who is who. The facility is dirty and the linen is very old. I would not even recommend this facilaty for a shelter animal… Or even if it was free!!!

  • Highland Chateau Health Care Center Saint Paul, Minnesota 55116

My husband has been a resident of Highland Chateau TCU for about 3 months. He has been treated very well and the staff has been very respectful. I have been impressed with his care. When I have questions or concerns, they have always been prompt in getting answers or addressing the issues. His co-ordination of care with doctor visits outside of the Chateau have been taken care of and in a case where my husband got pneumonia, I was notified immediately by staff and kept current with his progress. My husband has enjoyed the food at the Chateau, as well. I have planned ahead and had a few meals myself. They have been very good. I am grateful for the staff here. My husband enjoys the staff and has commented that it's like being at home. Thanks.

  • Capitol View Transitional Care Center Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101

they took fantastic care of me after I broke my knee and shoulder. The daily therapy schedue was top notch and the staff was very caring. They got me out of the wheel chair and back on my feet by pacing the therapy to my abilites and boosting my confidence to help me keep moving forward.

  • Capitol View Transitional Care Center Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101

The care my wife recieved was great. She needed transitional care after removal of her leg and they were exceptional at keeping on task to allow her to go home in a speedy fashion. The only complaint my wife had was the food was POOR at best. We were bringing in food a number of times per week because what was provided left a lot to be desired.
