This facility is the worst I have seen in years!!! The staff, including the DON, is professionally not qualified to be in charge of these patients! Wounds, incisions, incorrectly dressed or not at all is very apparent! Also there is significant stealing, not charting or administering drugs and meds safely, questionable drug trafficking by patients and preparation of food that would not meet state requirments to be licensed. This nightmarish place should be closed!!! Also patients are sent there where their medical needs are not met because GVRC is not qualified to meet their needs!!
