Never been involved with such a poor company. I would avoid this facility at all costs. Clayco's parent company, ElderCare of MN, has an extremely poor reputation in the long-term care community and that might be putting it nicely. Unfortunately this facility follows in ElderCare's footsteps that consists of staffing as minimally as possible in order to make as much of a profit as possible even if it sacrifices resident care. It is worth the drive to head to a facility in the F/M area (20 miles away) where you can be assured the staff/organization is filled with competent individuals. It is only a matter of time before the facility is shut down due to regulatory or financial issues.
