This is not somewhere you want to bring a loved one. Management smile to your face and cannot be trusted. Their aids don't stay very long. Recently they have lost several good aids because they do not like or trust management here and are always over worked and the facility is always short handed with staff to help the patient. if that wasn't enough the food is such poor quality and on top of that it is served all week long either for dinner or lunch you are going to eat the same food. Most of the help here are rude and ignore important things like beepers on patients that are allowed to ring up to 1/2 hour without anyone checking on the patient. this is routine for patients alarms to continue to ring all day and night for 20 min to 1/2 hr at a time. they don't have enough staff to properly bathe patients or even attend to their needs in a timely manner. Staff are rude and do not respect your privacy or dignity. i have seen plenty of nursing facility personally because of other family members, and this place is by far the rudest bunch of workers i have ever dealt with thru all years i've had to deal with different facilities. families beware do your homework if you care about your loved one. i pray you find any place better than this. there is a new facility getting ready to,open in canton on geddes rd. not sure of the name but isn't hard to find it's jut west of canton center rd about 2 miles on north side of geddes. i give this facility a terrible rating no stars at all. "JUST SAY NO" to this place……..
