Is it possible to give 0 stars??? I mother was admitted a few of days ago she is dying. She has COPD and a very damaged heart. She can not get out of bed on her own nor has the breath to yell or talk long. When she got into her room the nurse call button did not work, We were told it would be taken care of that day. Now 3 days later it still isnt working. I spoke with administrator and find out no one even reported it broken. Yet I know their social worker was informed yesterday. No one there cares about the residence. I fear for anyone that doesn't have family around to fight for them.
