I went for a tour for possible placement for my Grandmother unannounced, and waited for 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me there. People at desk looked at me, people passing by looked but no one ever asked if they could help me.… Full Review

My Mother was in their rehab unit. I found the staff to be unprofessional, uninformed and uncaring. Thir were several issues they did not follow through on. I did not feel my mom was in a safe enviroment. The staff did not communicate well… Full Review
