This place is HORRIBLE! There are a handful of good employees, but they are overshadowed by the bad ones. It starts at the top with the administrator and Director of Nursing both of which NEVER leave their offices to monitor the staff. The majority of the staff are overworked and take their frustrations out on the patients!! If your loved one is in this place, I highly suggest you show up at an unexpected time or stay late in the evening to truly find out how the staff is treating them. I also strongly encourage you to google this facility, each year they have been open, they have FAILED inspections!
Really Useless at Waterford is a better name!
