well my mother was just admited from mclaren hospital in pontiac mi . with out me even being notifyed.if that aint enough shes done nothing but complain about the way shes being treated.late medicines, what the hell is the nurse button for if they dont even respond to it.yeah you may have a great team but the floor staff sucks!!!
and the great team is whos responsible for the floor . get your act together.how would you feel if you where in your patients shoes.
