My mother is a resident at this facility and I visit her often. The facility always looks clean, however there are no activities for the residents on the second floor and that is not good. They have nothing to do to occupy their mind. My big complaint is that the staff has jerked her by her tiny fragile wrists out of bed and has left large dark purple spots on her wrists. It is a wonder that they did not break her wrist as their was great force used to pull her out of bed very early in the morning when she wasn't ready to get up yet. This should NOT have happened and it happened more than once. I plan to place her into a different facility.
