My mother-in-law had to stay there after knee surgery. Horrible service, took 2 hrs to respond to her on her first night, rooms are dirty, nurses are mean and a nurse couldn't even pronounce a medication name. They put bed pan and diapers on her, when she could have assisted to bathroom. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

My friend is there and I can't even get to her by phone. When I phone they said to call back in 2 hours since they had no receptionist till then! When I phoned back I was still unable to talk to anyone. All i got was a phone menu to start over.Now I am worried.
