The service is slow, the meals they serve are poor and won't help the residents who are in rehab (like my mother) have the energy to do their work, and there are frequent incidents between staff and their administrators because the staff do not maintain their composure. Which is to be expected, since I've experienced quite a few examples of curtness from the staff. Simply put, they have a long way to go to become even a mediocre nursing home.
