Terrible conditions! I put my Mother there and she referred to it as a "RAT HOLE", and she was right in her thought about Warren Woods Health Facility.
I seen her get out of her bed and walk barefoot in piss on the floor. She is 95 years old with very bad knees, falls down a lot, and nobody ever came in to check on her. They didn't even bring her in a porta-potty! I couldn't stand to see my dear Mother suffer in a place like this. After watching her upset with the awful food and poor care, I took her back out of Warren Woods after only two days and placed her in a different nursing home. My Mother likes the newer nursing home she now is in, located in Warren much better. Nobody should put their loved ones in this place. It is a Hellish condition to live in, believe me. I feel sorry for all the patients in there.
