Just like what's been stated previously, seems as if there are young kids running the building. North court supervisor has a terrible attitude problem, young and unprofessional. I can't speak for the rest of the building but I had to argue with her over and over for my mom to recieve proper care. She seemed to have no interest in working with me until I threatened to get others involved. I wouldn't bring a loved one to this facility. It's all about the appearance and completely lacks professional communication/ quality care.

I can't say enough about how kind and caring the nurses and everyone else there were to my sister and I during my Mom's stay. They walked us through all the insurance stuff, and made sure my Mom was well taken care of and comfortable. The Doctor was good, and the nurses were always friendly and helpful, even though we had a lot of questions. I would recommend this place.

Very unfriendly social workers and nursing supervisors. Phone calls never returned. Very inconsiderate and do not get involved in the family support like they should. Very uncaring. The patients act very depressed and bored. The CNAs are great but the actual nurses and administration is very uncaring and downright rude. Will never put our family member there again.

Nursing supervisor of the wings needs to be more aware of the residents status under her care and management. RN manager needs to get out and do some walking rounds herself and her nurses need to update her as well on patient status . Very unfriendly nursing managment there!
