The facility is beautiful but some of the staff did not seem to take their jobs seriously as witnessed by myself when my brother turned on his call button and had to wait 20 minutes to receive help in getting out of bed to use the bathroom. He was at risk of falling and had alarms on his bed and wheelchair. At one point he made it all the way out to the parking lot without anyone noticing that his alarm had been sounding.
A "supervisor" at the desk could not maneuver within the computer in order to tell me when the last time my brother was bathed. I could tell it had not been recently. He was unshaven and his hair was oily.
So, although it is a beautiful place, the care was about 50% in my estimation.
