The facility is beautiful but some of the staff did not seem to take their jobs seriously as witnessed by myself when my brother turned on his call button and had to wait 20 minutes to receive help in getting out of bed to use the bathroom… Full Review

Nice to look at but the NA's are lazy. Never answer lights in timely manner , and even when the wheelchair alarms and bathroom alarm sounds you wait and wait !! In my family members stay I found 2 Nurses, and 1 NA that actually cared and didn… Full Review
