I believe the staff is too concerned with what they have on their agenda they neglect the needs of the patients. I have witnessed several aids standing in the hallway carrying on a conversation while call lights were going off. If a patient is calling out they walk past the room. They have also been very short with me as a son to my family member when I ask questions about their care. Do not take your family member there. I wish I hadn't.
