my grandfather has been in this so called nursing home. He was told not to get out of bed on his own and to call for help. On several different nights he has hit his call button for help around 2 am and not received any help until 6am and 7am. while waiting for help he wet himself and his bed. the staff took him to the bathroom, would not let him wash his hands and put him back into a peed in bed. they did not change the sheets. Several complaints and I mean several have been made and yet he still goes through the same thing every night. Cant believe they call this place assisted living or a nursing home
