This facility is fifthy & totally nasty. Furniture looks like someone there went garbage picking blindfolded. Food & garbage on the floors. Unfriendly staff, Closet doors not attached. I have been in many nursing centers, this by far is the absolute worst. I feel bad for the residents there.
