The jury is still out, it comes down to shift, not all shifts administer the same care, some are great, some not so great, some just seem neglectful. Frankly, I think they are short-staffed. the workers do their best but it appears as though they need more help. These residents are the most needie, that is why they are there. This is a "for profit" orginazation and that worries me a bit.
