My father was in Richmond for rehab, for 2 days he never received his eye drops and my father had to remind the RN every morning he needs them for two weeks. When my father hit the call button for help on average it took 45 minutes to an hour… Full Review

Understaffed, so your parents dont get the care they need. The nurses dont do anything. They sit be hind their desk and peer at people walking by. It took 2 hours for my Mum to get a pain pill, that is ordered every hour or as needed. I would… Full Review
