Horrible facility. Dirty. Had to have a member of my family clean the bathroom in order to use it. Nurses had no idea what meds they were giving. PT was useless. They did not have quality therapists. OT consisted of making hot chocolate… Full Review

I'm now on day 4 without my heart and thyroid medication. I keep calling and keep getting the runaround. After 16 months I was glad to get out of there. No medications given to me upon release. With the exception of the DON, the rest are worthless… Full Review

A few years ago this was a fantastic facility. Currently it is deficient in several areas. Maintenance, cleaning, bed changing, patient care follow up by physician and food were far below expectations. Tests results given with no recommendation… Full Review

Very short staffed, no doctor on staff, no cleaning crew, food is ok but served luke warm, patients family needs to be there all the time to chase down staff for meds, ice packs, clean bedding, request showers, etc. Very poor care overall… Full Review
