My aunt had a horrible experience while she was at Stonegate. Not from the nurse or aids they were wonderful. It was the management they couldn't give a answer to a question and would always going to get back with us which never happen. And they have made some major mistakes when confronted trust me they will not take responsibility. They blame the family nobody from Stonegate would acknowledge or admit they did anything wrong. All we got is the run around with no answers. I was so disappointed but thank God my aunt is no longer there. I wouldn't recommend Stonegate to anyone. It is a beautiful facility but they need someone new in management. Especially there social worker. Word of mouth for advertisement can destroy a business. I have nothing good to say about them.
