poor customer service. Maria Whittle come at 5 am when it's so dark. wakes all the patients up to treat them so early as if they need to get up. This is absolute abuse. We warned her so many times. She never quit. She does this for her own advantage to go to other full time job. There are no older patient in harper woods who want to get up so early when its so dark until 8 am. But she Maria continue to get them up before 8 am to take advantage of helpless older people . Although she bills every individual patient as an individual treatment, there is no individual treatment. She has been abusing the Medicare system so long. She abuses all rehab residents who are in rehab,. We wrote a long complaint to CMS. She will be losing her license anytime for abusing elderly patients. SHE IS DOING THIS FOR HER OWN ADVANTAGE.
