The employees had the priviledge of showering 7 days per week~but, the patients were permitted 2 showers per week! That's it-2 showers a week. Whether a patient had pooped his pants, and would need a good shower to clean that area-too bad.… Full Review

I had my grandmother there and the care was horrible. The staff was not helpful and they were uneducated in the type of care that my grandmother needed to sustain a good quality of life. She was just a paycheck to them and not a human being… Full Review

My mother was there for about one month. No service must be their motto. Had to fight to get showers several times a week. Long waits if resident needs the bathroom. They lost her bottom teeth and promised to grind food...it never happened… Full Review
