There are a few problems. 1) the scheduling of doctor's appointments. Those responsible for scheduling appointments either fail to schedule them or schedule them incorrectly. 2) However, if they are scheduled properly, they seem to encounter transporting delays. These delays will either cause the patient to arrive late to their appointment or cause them to wait (sometimes waiting hours to be picked up), 3) They move the patients around quite a bit. It is an inconvenience but would be tolerable if their new room would then appeared on their records (financial and medical). When I pointed it out, the nursing staff assured me the change had been made to their medical records. But for a time I was not totally confident that it had, and 4) No sufficient reason is ever given for the disappearance of a patients clothing. I have also heard some disturbing comments about the care being received by patients who are bed ridden. But I have no way to confirm those complaints.
