Showers are supposed to be twice a week. They frequently shortcut and only do 1 hoping no one will know. They also bill medicare for 1.25 hrs per day of phy therapy but only have patients in PT room for less than 45 minutes. During that 45 minutes, patients are usually left just sitting unattended while the PT's socialize. Response to patient call buttons are slow. They are clearly in business to make money, not help patients.
