The appearance is good and the food is very good. The therapy department is good. My mother's nurses were nice. But, the staff seems to have gone downhill since my mother was here a few years ago. Most of the nurses aides were rude to my mother. They made it clear they didn't like her. At times, they resisted doing the dirty work. My mother was left in wet briefs, once, for seven hours. Many times she had a request for help (non-urgent) that wasn't responded to for hours! Some of her clothes were lost by the nursing home. She was scolded about adjusting her bed and other things. Many people were nice. Many were surly, including the social worker. If there is a next time my mother definitely doesn't want to return. (But nursing homes all leave much to be desired.)
