I am extremely disappointed in the care given to my mother while she stayed at Woodward Hills. On several occasions she cried in pain waiting for someone to show up to assist her. On two separarte occasions a tube ws pulled out of her sending her to the hospital due to irresponsible handling of her. The final time she passed away. My family and I spent every minute with her that we were allowed. I was on top of all of her needs and even with that her treatment was poor. Patients that didn't have the constant overseeing of family were painfully neglected. I would never send a loved one there!!! Don't let the facade of the building fool you.
