I would NEVER reccomend this Nursing facility to ANYONE!! On Easter Sunday when I couldnt reach my boyfriend at all by phone, twice someone picked up and answered that he was "down in the lounge all day" and that he was exhausted and they didnt want to wake him unless it was an emergency. They said they would tell him to call me later. About 10:30 Easter night I called again after not having heard from him all day, and again I was told everything was fine, he was resting and there was nothing to worry about. To make a long complaint short…. He was at Beaumont in the ICU unit … all alone!! This is the WORST facility ever, and if you love your family member…. do not send them here!!!

That was my review, and if I had the opportunity to give zero stars, I would have!! But that was not an option. They obviously didnt even know the patient I was calling about! To tell me he was exhausted and sleeping was completely untrue, he was fighting for his life in ICU at Beaumont. When I went back to pick up his things from his room, patients were out at the nurses desk asking for help and the staff was totally ignoring them RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! These patients are human beings and should have been treated as such, and not ignored!
