We have a friend that was was placed here, after 3 days - he had fallen out of bed twice & there were still no railing on the bed to prevent from happening again.
There was an almost 15 minute response time from the time we helped him situp and the bed pressure sensors sent an alarm to the nursing station and someone entering the room to see why!
Additionally - he contracted pneumonia after being placed here for a congestive heart & he had no OXYGEN!
Terrible way to find someone you care about.
We contacted his family who is out of state and advised for him to be moved immediately.
