This place is terrible. The nurses are completely unresponsive. After ringing the bell multiple times and waiting over twenty minutes a patient had to ask a person visiting someone else if they could please go and find a nurse for her because no one had been in. At one point, the nurses we overheard talking about patients they were supposed to be caring for. The remarks are rude and insensitive. They have no bedside manner and do not sympathize for their patients. I hope no one ever has to encounter the disrespect my family did. They are unprofessional.
