Review of Wakefield Center

Wakefield Care & Rehab. is bureacracy gone bad. It's a large, uncoordinated system of care where nothing works well. Patient care is inadequate due to poor staff levels to patients. Communication between staff and families is poor and uncoordinated. The Solana unit is in need of everything including maintenance. Often families have to advocate for basic care or it's not done well. You get the feeling in family meetings that the staff want to check it off their list and move on ASAP. It's just plain sad.
