We had an awful experience here. It was understaffed, and those there were very slow to respond. Aid left trash on the floor and were slow to clean up. Most staff seemed inexperienced. PT didn't recognize 02 deficiency in patient. Case manager didn't respond to urgent phone message or note left on desk. Dr. was clueless about our loved one's medical situation. We had to scramble to get our dying loved one out of there and into home hospice care. Loved one was "checked in" by admin the very day of exit, having been there 3 days without anyone meeting with us. There were some caring and capable nurses, one of whom left to work at a "better" facility. Strongly recommend using any facility but this one. I feel sorry for those who work there and care. Management is terrible.
