I am currently a resident at Hammersmith House and have no complaints at all about the care here. To start off, the aids are terrific, their response time is fast compared to other places I've been to. I really love the nurses especially the regular nurses on my unit. The nurses Carleen and Trista are both very thourough with eveyrthing and make sure I get everything i need in a timely manor. The housekeepers are always in my room cleaning making sure my room is perfectly clean. The only thing I don't love is the food, its not bad, but not great, somewhere in between. Overall very good care would recommend this place to friends and family.
