Clean facility but poor patient care. Staff routinely do not respond to calls and when patient's complain they are told to go on themselves and they will clean it later. Unacceptable!! Staff put on a good show but beware. Communication is poor and vital medical information does not trickle down to the para professionals providing direct care.
