There's nothing particularly bad about the place. You wouldn't want to be living on the 2nd or 3rd floor, though. They stink like pee.
The nurses and aides are top-notch, but the people you count on for questions answered, taking care of problems, getting back to you…..don't count on it. Again, it's not that there is anything outlandishly wrong with them, the problem is that they're just more of the same as far as nursing homes go. To the max. A problem arises and they circle the wagons, and show NO empathy for your plight whatsoever.
Other than that. Just a great place.
Oh yeah, as in most nursing homes, the food sucks.
