I just wanted to state what happened today at this Center. My mother has constant severe pain due to her hip being "bone on bone" and she cannot undergo any surgery. Beth, the Administrator come in to my mother's room and saw the pain my mother was in. The Center was out of ice packs so she said that she was going to the Pharmacy and getting some for my mother. She went and brought back 5 packs for my mother's personal use. I feel that this was "going way beyond" her scope of responsibilities and I for one, was very impressed. I hope the Center realizes what they have with Beth. Thanks Beth…..
