Make sure you check the patients meds list, caused a lot of problems many were missing. Gave them a current list at check in from her Doctor said they didn't have in her chart. My love one declined really quickly with out the proper meds and only found out by asking questions about increasing her dementia meds that found out she wasn't receiving that med. Thank god she is doing much better at home now.
Most of the staff friendly and nice but a lot of the staff was from agency's and not enough consistory for an elderly patient.
