Review of Jewish Nursing Home of Western Mass

The Jewish Nursing Home is terrible. The nursing staff at this facility are unprofessional and rude along with case mangers and administrator(s).The patients needs aren't met on a daily basis. Simple needs such as receiving water and hot meals are delayed or not even given.They don't respond to those who need their assistance. Why have a nurse button for a patient if nurses and aides don't respond? Medication is dispersed late. These patients often do not receive daily personal care. The nurses and aides work at a snail's pace. The staff lacks compassion, decency and common sense. It's a depressing place to be and to visit. This facility doesn't even deserve a "1' start rating. I would grade this facility "F".
