They don't even practice basic hygiene. During cold and flu season, I saw lots of nurses and aides coughing and sneezing into their bare hands then not washing them. I see them go from patient to patient without washing their hands. … Full Review

Do not place your loved one or family member in this facility. It's dirty with the underside of the toilet seats not cleaned, grab bars visibly soiled with human excrement, hallways not vacuumed. Many sheets are thin and torn. Many towels… Full Review

My mother has been a resident at Wingate for over 4 years and is currently on Hospice. Over the years there have been many incidents including being left on the toilet and falling four times. A few weeks ago her wedding rings were missing… Full Review
