My Grandma passed away in Dec. 2010. I needed help getting the death certificate and Carol the lady that answered the phone was VERY rude to me, I was hung up on 3 times and then I called a different department and they never returned my call. All I needed was a little help and I felt like I was being turned away. It's not fair to families of the deceased to get the run around when all it takes is MAYBE 20 minutes out of the day! It would be nice to just get some information!
