My friend was dumped here when no other facility had a room when he was being released from the hospital after being in ICU for 2 months. The first thing I noticed was the trash on the floors in the hallway and in my friend's room. The room was a mess, littered and disorganized. The staff are abominable. More interested in talking to friends on the phone than helping me as I waited patiently for assistance. After 2 days the hygene care had not been addressed…the answer was always, I'll look into that. BS Attitude from the nursing staff, not a friendly face amongst them. The HEAD of the physcian staff took notes on the back of a cookie wrapper because he couldn't find the chart. No use ringing the call button, no one ever comes. The staff have to be told to put gloves on, one would think that was a given. If months in the hospital didn't kill him, this place might.

It's 2017 and that place hasn't changed. I witness my mother dying right in front of me with the staff doing nothing to revive or resuscitate her, no CPR no code blue or crash cart just negligence and the staff and the nursing attending my mother are liars.
