I give this facility a rating of 0. My mother entered this facility in 2/2016 after having a massive stroke. She could no longer walk or move herself and became blind from the stroke. My mother's stay started out with having good care so… Full Review

Collingswood was a horrible place for my loved one. As the prices increased, the care declined. After terrible care that I believe accelerated my loved one's demise, they are now threatening me with a collection agency. An awful experience… Full Review
